Villa Savoy is a lovely newly renovated 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom home on the University of Illinois golf course in Savoy, adjacent to Champaign. It is exclusively on VRBO and no other platforms and is exclusively a vacation rental.

It is conveniently located 8 minutes to the University of Illinois Memorial Stadium and State Farm Center via uncrowded back roads. It is also close to Willard Airport and many restaurants and grocery stores on nearby South Neal Street (Route 45), the main north / south street in Champaign.

This home features two full living rooms will all new sofas and chairs with views of the golf course. There is a new upscale kitchen with all brand new GE Cafe appliances including an oven, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is also a microwave, 12 cup drip coffee maker and the kitchen is fully outfitted with a variety of glassware, dishes, utensils and cookware for any need you may have.

There are 4 full bedrooms with 3 new king size beds and 1 new queen size bed. The 3 newly renovated full bathrooms feature 2 walk-in glass showers and a large soaking tub and a shower tub. We also offer 3 Roku 58" TVs loaded with all apps, Xfinity high speed WiFi and a washer and dryer. There are also plenty of extra towels, blankets and quilts.

Please be aware there is no street parking due to the house being on a two lane county road in Savoy ,however, the driveway can easily accommodate 4 cars and up to 6 if parked close together.

This great property offers total privacy and the best views of any short-term rental in the area in this villa style courtyard home ready for your enjoyment.

This is a great place to stay as you can all be together in a beautiful and clean home with everything you need. I love the homey feel and the convenience of having a full kitchen stocked with everything you need to make some meals.

Golf Course Hidden Gem

Loved everything about this property! Close to university, updated and clean home with tons of sleeping and entertaining space! Beautiful views made it seem like a vacation spot instead of a neighborhood of houses! Would definitely recommend and rent again!

Family Gathering

We were in town for a family gathering. This home is located on a quiet country road yet close to shopping and restaurants. The home is absolutely beautiful, well appointed with all new appliances and furniture. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bedrooms were cozy and very comfortable. The large family room with great views of the golf course was perfect for entertaining. . Eric was a pleasure to work with and the check in process was simple. Can't wait to stay here again.

I couldn’t recommend this house more. It’s better than the pictures. Fully remodeled, very spacious, very clean. Had a great time here during graduation weekend. We took the best cap and gown family pics in the golf course. We were able to bring ingredients and cook at home instead of putting up with the crowds that were in town for the weekend.

Fantastic stay!

This home is spacious while being very welcoming. We gathered friends and family to celebrate our daughter's graduation. Enjoyed sitting around the nicely sized dining table where everyone could eat and laugh. Kitchen was very well-stocked, plenty of towels and the beds were super comfortable. Really nice space to get good friends together or for a mini-family reunion. Highly recommend!

Exceptional Stay with Midcentury Charm

I recently hosted my family at this beautifully renovated BNB, and it was perfect in every way. The home radiates character with its carefully curated art and decor. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautifully appointed, offering luxurious comfort that made our stay feel special. The home had all the amenities we needed and more. Best rental at UIUC!

I've stayed in pretty much every highly rated rental home in the area over the last 4 years and this is by far the best. Unlike most rentals, they did a very high end remodel on this one. The flooring, fixtures, appliances, beds etc. are all really high quality. The kitchen is the most well supplied we've ever come across. The decor is a bit funky but the house is spotlessly clean. Eric was a pleasure to deal with and the check in check out process was a breeze... I just wish it was around 4 years ago!

Annual college friends trip

The house is superb! Newly renovated, beautifully and very comfortably furnished. The living room, dining room and den suited our group of eight perfectly. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the kitchen is fully stocked. It takes full advantage of the view of the golf course. We visited in mid-October, so the fall colors were terrific. Very convenient to the campus without being in the middle of it. We were there for a football weekend and were able to get to the game easily. Highly recommend.

Comfortable! Clean! Beautiful!

WOW! What an amazing property! The house backs up to a beautiful golf course with a fantastic view. But the inside decor exceeded our expectations! Art, interesting and comfortable furniture, cool light fixtures…it felt like home! Being recently renovated, the house is in tip top shape! But the best part…it is spotless. Not a spec of dust, clean linens and towels, and shiny bathrooms. Extra hospitality is given with coffee, tea, 2 bottles of wine, make up removing wipes…even a small sound system. A beautiful property with a great location! Definitely do not hesitate to book this home!!

Amazing Trip

This was my first time using VRBO and I did this because we had family coming in from around the world and wanted a place to visit in between activities that a hotel cannot offer. The house is amazing, very well equipped, very clean, roomy, great location, lots of places and space for people to sit and visit, comfortable beds, full kitchen with everything you could ask for. The communication with Eric was exceptional from start to finish, I could not have asked for more. I've always been kind of a hotel guy, but if all the houses are like this one, I might become a VRBO lifer. Many thanks to Eric for guiding me through the experience and providing top notch service and accommodations. If I ever make it back to Champaign IL, I know where I will stay. Thanks again.

Beautiful home, wanted to live here

The pics and descriptions don't do this place justice. The renovations are gorgeous. Layout is perfect - I didn't want to leave! Kitchen is huge and the upscale appliances are awesome. We spent a lot of time in the sunroom watching the golfers. Decor is eclectic and interesting - everything is well-appointed including great bath products, sheets and towels. We were very familiar with the area as my niece lived near there last year -- super close to Walmart, Schnucks, Harvest Market, bowling. Two things to know: Someone who doesn't mind light in the morning should sleep in the master bedroom because of the clesterory windows (we didn't mind, but put my brother in a bedroom with darkening shades!). And, I think this is mentioned, but to confirm, this is not a street you can park on, so only 4 cars will fit tight in the driveway.
