This excellent rental in addition to being in a location a short distance from the lift and base of Eagle Bahn, has the best facilities such as reception, 2 covered parking (free of charge), electric car charging station, 2 covered pools, 2 Jacuzzis, event room, sauna, steam, dressing rooms, tennis court or pickleball, Gym, lobby coach with coffee table etc.
In the common areas of the outdoor pool there is a grill to cookout as well as a gas fire pit.
It has an agreement to be able to store at no cost, the ski equipment in a store very close to the lift.
The Vail (free) public bus stop is located on the street in front of the VailSpa building, so you won't need to take the car out to transport yourself anywhere in town.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms with a king bed, two queen beds and a bunk bed, 3 full bathrooms, large living room, sliding windows overlooking the mountains and full kitchen; as well as private balcony. It has a washing machine and dryer inside the apartment.
It is located on the 3rd floor, has an elevator, with closed carpet corridors with heating, access to the apartment is made by means of key codes and has on the first floor with people at the reception to help in any extra need such as event tickets, help in directions, maintenance etc.
