**OTS Pondside Retreat** is just a **5-minute walk to the historic Old Town Spring**, where you'll find a variety of charming restaurants, boutiques, and shops.

Our unique retreat features access to a scenic, stocked pond—perfect for catch-and-release fishing. Unwind on the spacious porch, taking in views of the water and local wildlife.

Our stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,400 square foot modern farmhouse nestled in charming Old Town Spring.

Step inside this thoughtfully designed home and be captivated by its spaciousness. Boasting two generously sized bedrooms with king beds (TVs available in both bedrooms) and two beautifully renovated bathrooms, the house offers the perfect blend of comfort and style. The recently updated kitchen exudes a contemporary charm, providing a seamless fusion of modern convenience and timeless appeal. Complete with all the kitchen essentials including basic spices, pots/pans, air fryer, toaster, tea kettle, an espresso/coffee maker, and more!

Indulge in the tranquility of your own private oasis, as this home features a fully fenced yard and a large back patio that overlooks a picturesque pond. You’ll have access to the fully stocked pond and can enjoy catch and release fishing. We’ve caught catfish, bluegill, and bass!

Parking will never be a concern, as ample space is available right in front of the house on the gravel/grass.

We understand that pets are cherished members of the family, which is why we gladly welcome them with an additional $100 fee. Please add pets to your reservation if they’ll be staying, and the fee is automatic. We have bowls, pet bed, fur wipes, and more!

Very welcoming and felt like home. Felt safe and neighborhood is quiet. Beds were comfortable and everything there was very clean and just what we needed. Close to Old Town Springs and within walking distance. Plenty to do and see in Springs. Would highly recommend staying at Modern Farmhouse in Old Town Spring. We definitely will be back.

We had a wonderful stay. The amenities were wonderful. Our host thought of everything. Everything is nicely labeled (drawers, lights). The location is also great. You can stroll down to cute Old Town Spring, or jump on the freeway to head down to Houston.

Great Getaway

It was a very nice place for my husband and I to meet up with our friends. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the evenings. It was a very short drive into Old Town Spring to shop and eat.

Quaint

The property was very clean and well equipped. They even had dog beds and water bowls, which we brought anyway but it was nice that they had them. The only issue I had was that the property is located down the road from a train depot and we caught the train every time we left the house.This is easily avoided by going left off the dead end road that the property is located on instead of right. I didn't hear the train at night or anything, so overall this was a cozy retreat and beautiful property!

Had a wonderful stay. There are many extremely thoughtful amenitie all over the house. Good quality bedding and towels, not cheap like most other places. Very clean and quiet during sleeping hours. Great location!! Very convenient to old town spring and freeway access but quite and tucked away almost in the country feeling. We hardly noticed any of the mentioned construction noise. Nothing started too early or ran late in any way. Would definitely stay here again. Even nice doggie neighbors to play with in the mornings!

Beautiful home! We felt like we were at home the entire time. Everything was so clean and organized and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!
