The first floor features three bedrooms along with an open-concept kitchen and living room complete with a 55-inch flat-screen TV. Step outside onto the large deck overlooking Front Beach Isle of Palms—the perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun.

The first-floor primary suite offers a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and private deck access. The second bedroom features a full-size bed, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds. A shared hall bathroom with double vanities and a tub/shower combo, along with a washer and dryer, complete this level.

The second floor mirrors the first but features a larger open kitchen and living area with a spacious dining table, making it ideal for gathering together. The second-floor primary suite includes a king bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with an oversized double shower and dual rain shower heads. The additional bedroom on this level features a queen bed, and guests also have access to a large hall bathroom with dual vanities and a tub/shower combo.

The third floor is truly something special. Accessible by either the elevator or spiral staircase from the second-floor balcony, this level includes a private bedroom and full bathroom. ***Onsite parties; Bachelorette, Bachelor, Wedding, Graduation, or any other parties are not permitted and will be asked to vacate immediately without refunds. Isle of Palms enforces a noise violation ordinance (no loud noise after10:00 p.m. or before 10:00 a.m.).
*** The pool may be heated with 2 week notice -nonrefundable fee of $600.
***Nonrefundable pet deposit of $300 - synthetic turf please pick up behind your dog.
***There are security cameras on the back corners of the home and a ring camera at the entrance for security purposes.
***The gravel parking pad to the left of the driveway is open parking...1st come, 1st serve parking open for anyone to park.
