Stay at this newly updated 1300 sqft luxury townhome near downtown Bloomington. Whether you are looking to celebrate, see a ballgame, or have a family getaway, this is the place for you! I also have 2 other newly remodeled units basically next door!

Just 2 min off I69 and 8 min from downtown

Guests can access all areas of the home

I am available via text or phone call for the duration of your stay

Extremely safe and quiet neighborhood

1/2 mile from bus stop and 3/4 mile from walking trail (there is parking at trail as well)....2.5 miles to downtown...3 miles to IU campus...$10 Uber/Lyft to downtown
1. The $125 pet fee covers 1 pet for up to 3 nights. If you have more than 1 pet, there is an additional $100 fee. Any stays of longer than 3 nights, will be charged an additional $25 per night. The max pet fee is $500 for 1 pet, or $600 for 2 pets.

2. Any residual smell of smoking (of any substance) inside the property will result in a $300 fine

3. Quiet hours: Sun-Th After 10pm Fri-Sat After 11pm

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very spacious and the beds and sofas are comfortable. It is a pleasant quiet area, with a nice park nearby. There is space to park your car and you do need a car of cab to get into the town, but it is only about 10 minutes away. Everything was exactly as described. Thank you.
