This colorful, family friendly, pet friendly, bungalow provides beds to comfortably sleep 6 guests and is located on a quiet tree-lined street in the Historic Murray Hill section of Jacksonville. The backyard is fully fenced, so you can include your furry friend in your stay. Enjoy the convenience of an eclectic mix of local restaurants, shops, bars and parks, within just a 10 min walk or a quick car ride. Or, if you prefer, there are major chain restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping within 10 mins. We also offer a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor cooking/eating area if you decide stay in. There are a variety of books, DVDs and games - for both adults and children. The property is just 5 mins from I-95, so there is easy interstate access and it is convenient to downtown Jacksonville and the Beaches.

I was only there for one night for a football game. It was very nice and everything I needed for myself and the dogs. It was easy to get to and then easy to get to and back from Everbank Stadium. If I come to another game I will definitely look this one up again.

Wonderful place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this great little house. The house was very clean and had plenty of helpful items for our stay (kitchen wares, books, games etc). The beds were comfortable and it had a fenced yard with a place to sit and enjoy the butterflies (there are tons of them out back in the flowers). This was a great location close to many amenities in Jacksonville. Highly recommend!

We were in town for a cruise and this vintage property had everything we needed ! The space accommodated my group well . The only issue we had was connecting to the WiFi but needless to say that wasn’t enough to give this property anything less than a 10/10! Thanks .
