Very disappointed
Communication was very poor and we are still waiting for a particular refund but the owner is terrible at communicating even though we sent multiple emails and attached photos to show the state of the apartment.
Apartment not ready at 3pm and we had to get the cleaner to come. Cleaner finished at 6:30 pm and did not empty bins, clean bathrooms or start dishwasher. Beds were made but badly and the apartment was uncleaned in many places. The bath mats from the former people were still in place and were very dirty. The trash bins contained used period products - this as particularly disgusting. The shower door looks as though it has never been cleaned. The washing machine does not work so we couldn’t even clean the bath mats.
Wrong instructions given and the key safe was eventually found in an unsafe spot so go with someone in the light and be careful.
Actual apartment is quite nice but the experience has left a very sour taste as we were hoping for a family reunion weekend without the hassles that we had. Have given owners plenty of time to apologise and make a refund and they have not so will be escalating to Vrbo now. Book at your peril - you have been warned.
