Sunny Southern Exposure. Large lanai with pool heating optional House Ideal for couple ,family, or seniors. Updated Home, quiet location at end of cul de sac , Wi fi , smart TV, bicycles ,cooler ,fishing poles, beach chairs, beach umbrella, all included. Kick back relax, go to the beach, weekly music and food festivals downtown, fish, play golf ,tennis, biking. Come enjoy all the walking and biking paths. Farmers markets ,craft fairs weekly, festivals and Fishermans Village all within a 5 min drive. Leave garage remote and key on kitchen table .
Run 1 load of sheets or towels in the washer .
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Children must ALWAYS BE SUPERVISED . CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT THE POOL AND DOCK.
Stay off seawall. Keep garage door closed. No Diving or Jumping into the pool.
No use of fireplace. No use of garbage disposal. You must clean the bbq grill if you use it.
