Needed the space to house some family for an event. House was clean when we got there and the renters are more than accommodating and accessible!

Nice house for Ring Day weekend

The house and neighborhood was nice. The listing stated that there would be a grill and fire pit. Once we got there the house rules stated no grill or fire pit. The backyard was large and great for outdoor entertaining, but the grass could have been cut.

Nice Quiet Place

Nestled in the foothills of the hill country, this Aggieland property is a quiet respite to lay your head. Without any flash or flare this three bedroom home is an escape from Bryan/College Station while keeping the convenience of hitting the town at your fingertips. A challenge was experienced with locking the front door, though the property manager was available to assist us getting back into the house. A simple place to stay while meeting your expectations.

My name is Kathy Scott, and my family has called the Brazos Valley home for five generations. My husband, Neil, and I are grateful to serve our community as local business owners. We are local short-term rental property owners and are hands-on in managing our properties. I’m also a real estate broker and designer. I’ve built a career around managing properties and creating positive experiences for our guests and for the homeowners who trust us to share their beautiful homes with our community through short-term rentals.

Hosting combines everything I love: designing welcoming spaces, connecting with people from all over, and sharing the community we’ve cherished for more than 20 years together as a couple, and for most of my life. What I enjoy most is helping guests connect with family, with friends, and with our Aggieland community. Seeing people relax, make memories together, and feel truly at home brings me so much joy.
