Dining room is large and roomy and open to the kitchen. It has a custom octagonal table made from vintage heart of pine. The legs are Victorian porch posts. The crystal chandelier is 1930s and German.

Our gorgeous open sunshine-filled space is a great homebase for exploring Atlanta or watching llamas and alpacas.
Our property is very very large. We have the back half acre of bamboo but also have the firepit and a view of our beautiful Bamboo Barn.
Our gorgeous granite, stainless kitchen is accented with 120 year old beaded board, and brackets made from 120 year old heart of pine floor joists.

Lovely Llama-Stay Farm Cottage

Llama Stay is a large restored, sun-splashed mid-century brick home with oak floors, chef's granite kitchen, designer decor, memory foam beds, off street parking--on 1.25 acres (half is bamboo forest). We are a working, urban rescue farm with a chicken coop. Rescued llamas and alpacas roam across the side fence, next door. East Atlanta Village is 1.5 miles away and offers great eateries, bars, shopping. Experience the best of both worlds with country out back and city out front.

The home was large and lovely. Plenty of space for a big family, centrally located to most things. We had a most enjoyable Christmas.

The host was very communicative. We arrived and decided not to stay. No tv's in any bedrooms, the stairs going up to the second floor were too far apart, making it hard to go up and down for ppl with bad knees etc. The chairs at the dining table seemed like they were going to break when you sat on them. too many floors were trip hazards going from room to room due to them being not all level with one another. I apologized to the host that we decided not to stay.

Girl's Trip

How do I begin to express how great this place was for our Girl's trip weekend? The whole place is decorated super cute! Beds and couch super comfortable, boujee sheets and towels. Nice, modern kitchen easy to cook in. Back patio nice and shady, big table. Plenty of parking. Best of all was Dali Llama in the backyard and her love of carrots. Couldn't have asked for better host and her attention to detail and lots of little things to make stay special. Looking forward to staying here next year for our annual girl's trip!!
