This home offers you a fantastic location. Just blocks away from the the amenities this area has to offer BUT far enough away that you can still enjoy some peace and quiet. Also only a short walk to a public dock on West Lake Okoboji. The home has been completely remodeled and very cute with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms(laundry and 2 bedrooms on the main level) Beautiful kitchen with quartz countertops and tiled backsplash. Upstairs offers a large bedroom suite and a bonus sitting room.
