Beautiful home for all seasons on 197 feet of frontage on the most beautiful lake in Michigan! This home is perfect for a large group to enjoy with room to play indoors and out.
Close to Petoskey and surrounding communities with more than you will ever have time to do! Whatever the season, this is a glorious setting, from sitting on the large dock, boating, playing yard games, enjoying year round sunsets, observing the incredible fall colors, skiing (Boyne and Nubs) and snowmobiling.
Guest access
Guests may use the entire house and spacious yard as well as the dock and waterfront. Kayaks, paddle boat and canoe are free for your use. There is even room to dock your boat! Lots of peaceful sitting areas in sun or shade, including two hammocks. Large hot tub and sauna complete your experience. A gorgeous park next to the property includes a boat launch, picnic pavilion and beautiful shallow sandy beach.

Has it all.

This place has it all. Plenty of room inside and out for plenty of family to spend time together. We loved our stay here and look forward to the chance of coming back.

We are so thankful to live in this beautiful area and we want to share it! It delights us when groups gather to enjoy each other. Our home is perfect for reunions of all types. Our family now totals 19 and we love to sit at our large tables and share a meal as well as play yard games in the expansive yard. The lake front is gorgeous!

Why they chose this property

Walloon Lake is said by some to be the most beautiful lake in Michigan. The surrounding area has more to offer than most can enjoy in a single trip all seasons of the year. From vineyards and breweries to outdoor recreation to fun on the lake, we have it all. In the winter there are three ski resorts, cross country skiing and snowmobiling. All ages can find great things to do in Petoskey as well as Boyne City, Charlevoix and Harbor Springs.
