6 bedroom, 4.5 bath ideal, perfect condition mountain home with extensive woodwork, ski back to house across the street in the heart of south peak, enormous living/dining/kitchen room with one of the largest fireplaces in Lincoln and brand new vintage juke playing 45's or blue tooth. A second living room on lower level with large TV, shuffle board and arcade bubble hockey. 2 car garage with storage for skis and mud room with cubes for all your ski equipment. TV's in every bedroom. Outdoor hot tub, grille, fire pit. This home is also rarely rented so grab it while it lasts.

Our family loves the beautiful house at Loon!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house! It was clean, spacious, and filled with great amenities. You can tell it’s lovingly maintained by the owner’s family—everything was in excellent condition and of high quality.We usually cook breakfast and sometimes dinner, so having a well-equipped kitchen was essential, and this place exceeded our expectations! From quality pots and pans to a mixer for baking cookies, they thought of everything.The glove dryer and hot tub were a lifesaver after a day at Loon! The kids loved the variety of board games, and the large kitchen table and island were perfect for gathering the whole family. There’s even an office area where I worked for a day—such a convenient bonus!Thank you so much for hosting us—we had an amazing stay!

House is absolutely beautiful, clean and well appointed. The beds are comfortable and the heat was easy to adjust. The house is ski off only, not ski on/off. But it didn’t matter, the ski off trail was so convenient, allowing everyone the ability to get back to the house as they chose. There are shuttles available although we did not use them, because getting to and from both bases was simple.
