A cute and quiet location you do not want to pass up on.

The one bedroom/one bath was perfect for a few nights. My husband and I only stayed in the room just to shower and sleep as we explored all day. It’s a great center point to getting to the beaches or the Irvine Spectrum Center. It is in a quiet neighborhood so if you’re out in the big cities, it is nice to come back to a quiet spot. Mission Viejo/Laguna Woods is a nice place in of itself so this was worth the stay. Lily was kind and even introduced herself to us.

Perfect Room With All You Need

Very nice private room. Had everything I needed, cups, plates, plasticware, coffee pot, fridge and the fridge even came with bottled water which was so nice! Bathroom was excellent with a great walk-in shower! Soaps and shampoo all provided! Super quiet and very clean and comfortable! Easy to find and get to! And the host was very accessible and super nice. I would highly highly recommend this place!

Very comfortable

We understood that we would have access to the hot tub but we couldn’t as it was not heated. That’s one of the deciding factors for us. Otherwise the stay was wonderful

Perfect room

Perfect little room for our stay. We were visiting family and weren’t there much except to shower and sleep. Just what we needed. It was clean and the property owner checked in on us to make sure everything was good.

Worked well.

The bedroom and bath were clean and confortable and worked well for us. We have friends close by that we visited so this gave us the extra bedroom we needed.

My neighborhood is so peace, pretty and friendly. There is a Christopher Park close to my house where has pretty view. Around my house, Smart & Final, Macdonald, gasoline station and CVS are easy to walk.

The guest bed room is brand new with sparkling bathroom. Each of corner is so clean. We provide microwave, small refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, coffee and water.
