Next Gen suite in a brand new house with private entrance. It is a one bed (queen size) with own bath and living room. Comes with washer and dryer, 40’’ TV, kitchen with a full refrigerator, microwave, sink, and Keurig (free coffee). This house is in a Park Lane Community. 2 min walk to the community park. 6 min walk to the new Park View Elementary and Celebration Park. I live in the main house. I have 2 small kids (3yr and an infant) in the main house.

Very clean and excellent condition. Good space, laundry machine a plus. Microwave and full refridgerator with freezer helpful. Host was easy to communicate with. She even made sure there was ice made when we arrived. Provided shampoo and body wash, hand soap, coffee pods and paper plates and disposable cups. Slippers provided to use when inside the house. Bed was large and comfy. Walls thin and can hear the kids in the main house but didn't bother us. TV was appreciated. Good for a quick stay.

Nice Apartment in nice neighborhood. Lots of stores and places to eat. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen has very limited tableware. Only coffee cups and plastic utensils. Can hear the family in the main house but was not bothersome. Very quiet during the night for sleep.

Sweet Quiet Stay

I loved this property because of the proximity to some great places I was visiting in the Ontario/Covina area. It was a very relaxing and comfortable stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to the area and wanting privacy and a quiet place to sleep.

Great host, great location

The communication with the host was excellent, and the unit was as described, very clean and updated, with everything you might need on your stay, it’s very conveniently located in a very nice subdivision, the host even left bottles of water of water in the fridge for those hot days. And coffee for those that need a morning pickup. The hosts lives right next door, and sometimes you could hear them through the walls, it did not affect our stay, but just want to be thorough on the review.

It was a very clean place to stay. Comfortable and quiet. The only improvement I can say is please give some utensils and bowls/plates. I like to eat breakfast there to take my morning meds with and there was nothing to put it in or eat my oatmeal with. Other than that it was great!

Highly recommend this space! Very clean and it was easy to communicate with the host. The only reason I gave 4 stars was due to the thin walls and the noise. The space is part of a house (separate entrance), so you can hear what is going on in the main part of the house. The host was having a party on Sunday evening that went until 11pm-ish. It sounded like a lot of fun! (Happy 36th Birthday to your sister!) It didn’t bother us too much, but I’d definitely suggest bringing a white noise machine or similar.

It was just that one day out of the whole year to have her come over to the house. I did not know it bothered you that much and I wish you had told me directly. While we always try to be accommodating and welcome our guests to have peace. I will note that and ensure we keep the noise down.
