Your group will have easy access to everything from this centrally located quiet area. This home is less than 7 minutes from downtown, various music venues, shopping, restaurants, and a hospital.
Amenities include self-check-in, a full kitchen, a coffee center, a washer, a dryer, a gazebo, an outdoor grill, and an extra dining area. It is the perfect spot for family gatherings, friends getaways, or work retreats, but no wild parties.
This 2 story haven is nestled in a cul-de-sac that features ample parking in front of the house, and in the double driveway. The main entrance is handicap accessible and has wide doorways, flow-together rooms, and a 1/2 bathroom. This lower floor also includes a full kitchen, and two sitting areas: a den with a wide-screen television and two reclining sofas as well as a spacious living room with three sofas.
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms with two Queen beds, three twin beds, and a flat-screen television in each room. There are one bathroom and a laundry center.

The entire 1760 sq. ft. home is available and equipped with front and back door keypads. The large backyard is suitable for active children or those who want to relax under the shade of a beautiful gazebo or table with an umbrella. Monitored security cameras are in the front and back of the home for your protection.
Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house or throw wild parties.

Lovely get away

Our stay was great! We were simply looking for a place to rest our heads for a couple nights. What we got was a quaint, comfortable gem! The outdoor space is understated in the preview. This would be a great place to spend a whole week! The neighbor is tucked away and everything you’d need to enjoy some much needed time away is a ten minute drive away. Highly recommended!

Super convenient, accommodating host!

We stayed here with some family and friends for our daughters wedding. The host was super accommodating and we really appreciated her letting us check-in early. We did need to purchase some extra blankets, pillows and towels but that was more for our convenience and comfort level. There were an adequate amount on site. The neighborhood was great!

It is traditionally styled home with all bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom had a tv on the wall. The beautiful, well lit gazebo is a bonus.
