I highly recommend this booking. The host was perfect. The spot was close to everything but not too close that you felt suffocated. The rooms look exactly like the pictures. You have everything there that you need. Full kitchen appliances and washer and dryer. It was perfect for the girls weekend and it has plenty of space. I will most definitely be booking again!!! The home is perfect. Great price for location!

Property is very clean. The location is quite convenient to downtown Atlanta's Georgia Aquarium and other attractions. The host answered any questions that we had. The area was quiet and peaceful. If we had a complaint it would be that the street lights were very bright and there were no curtains to block the light, especially in the front bedroom.

The house was easy to find and walkable to the Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, and Georgia World Congress Center. The instructions were simple and clear. The house was very clean, organized, welcoming and cozy. We loved all the towels available for us. The previous renters left behind condiments and food such as coffee, creamer, sugar, etc. left behind which was greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Exactly What We Needed

We booked this property to attend a concert at Mercedes-Benz stadium. This location was absolutely perfect and within a 5 minute walk of the venue which saved us so much time and money on event parking. The house is renovated on the inside and had absolutely everything we needed for the weekend. Check-in was easy and I have zero complaints about this property. I will for sure consider this location next time I need somewhere to stay in Atlanta.

The property was safe, close proximity to State Farm Arena that was easy to walk to/from at all hours of the day. Our only recommendation would be to place toppers on the beds. They were very hard and uncomfortable. Thank you for the communication and wonderful house to stay!

Nice location, roomy house. The shared parking can be frustrating as the neighbors had 3-4 cars and blocked access for vehicle. The water pressure is really bad in the master suite, dont expect hot water. Check in and out was easy, clean house. When you arrive you will need to adjust the temp as they leave it high and in the southern heat its an oven as you walk in. Would visit again though.

The space is exactly as listed. We came to attend a concert at State Farm Arena. The house was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms had plenty of space. You may get occasional street noise after an event if you are in the front bedroom but nothing a little white noise can't cover.
