Our stay at VBRO
The place is beautiful but we had to let them know the carpet was really dirty with stains. We took our trash to my mom’s apartment because there was no big brown trash can in the garage that they told us to put it so other than that the place was beautiful.

We put in a lot of effort to make sure that the house is very clean and sanitized for all our guests, hence the 5-star review from 99% of our guests across several platforms. The carpet stain you mentioned has been professionally removed, and the brown trash can is in the courtyard. We've adjusted our messaging to reflect the change from the garage to the courtyard.
