Our newly constructed 4-story home sleeps 12 guests and features gorgeous lake views, a large patio with a hot tub (temporarily out of service) and dining table, a huge game room with a kitchenette and shuffleboard table, kayak/paddle boards available for the short walk to the water, a fire pit and SO much more!

Welcome to Rocky Summit! Our huge 4-story home is filled with amenities to entertain your whole family. When you come inside, our first floor has garage access, the staircase, and an elevator. The second floor features our game room, half bathroom, and access to the large patio! The game room has a kitchenette, a 65-inch Smart TV, a shuffleboard table, and plenty of board games. Also, on the 2nd floor is a bedroom/yoga studio that has floor to ceiling windows, yoga mats, and a couch that pulls out into a Queen size bed. On the 3rd floor there are 2 King suite bedrooms, a den with a couch, Smart TV, and a laundry room, as well as an office space! All the way on the top is the main kitchen and living room! This space features beautiful views, plush seating, a 55-inch Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and a dining table for 6. The kitchen is fully stocked and has plenty of room to cook and enjoy a meal with your family. On the 4th floor is another bedroom with a Full/Twin size bunk bed with a Twin trundle. There is also a full bathroom that connects to the bedroom and kitchen that features a large spa-like soaking tub. Outside, there is a small patio space with 2 chairs overlooking the lake- this is our favorite place to enjoy the morning's coffee.



Outside, enjoy the surrounding nature at any of our 5 entertaining spaces! Our large patio features a hot tub (temporarily out of service), grill, and large dining table. Our 3rd and 4th floor patio spaces have private seating and great views. The fire pit in the front yard makes for a perfect end of the night. And of course, the Beaver Lake beach area is just a short walk from the house. Grab the inflatable kayak, the inflatable paddle boards, and beach chairs for a lovely day on the water!



When it is time to turn in for the night choose from one of our sleeping spaces:

(1) The first Primary Suite on the 2nd floor featuring a King bed, large windows, a walk-in closet, a full attached bathroom, and access to a private patio.

(2) The second Primary Suite on the 2nd floor featuring a King bed, a closet, a 55-inch Smart TV, and a full attached bathroom.

(3) The bedroom on the 4th floor featuring a Bunk bed with a Full-size mattress, a Twin-size mattress on top, and a Twin-size trundle bed. This room also has an attached full bathroom with a bathtub.

(4) The Queen pull-out couch in the yoga studio.

(5) The Full-size pull-out couch in the den on the 3rd floor.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

Our home is just a short walk away from a beach area at Beaver Lake and just 10 minutes to Downtown Rogers - an area filled with unique shops, restaurants, and bars.



Getting Around:

Our home is down a short dirt road. 4-wheel drive is recommended but not required.



Other Things to Note:

★ The hot tub is temporarily out of service.

★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
