This Condo has a wonderful ocean view from the balcony, the beach is located directly in front of the resort with only a short walk to the beach. Located in the Casa Del Mar resort that offers two tropical pools, a barbecue area and laundry facilities on site. Very close to Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn. Comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 child with 2 queen beds and a 2 junior bunk bed.
The space
Our condo comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 1 child. With queen size bed in bedroom, queen size Sofa bed in living area and one small junior bunk in hall for kid under 12. It is centrally located right on the seawall close to all the attractions in Galveston. It is only a short drive to Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Pleasure Pier and The Strand historic district. It is only a short walk to the beach and many great restaurants and shops. Our condo has a private balcony with a beautiful ocean view to enjoy. This condo has been completely remodeled and is extremely clean and well cared for. It is the perfect spot for an island getaway.

Host was very good. Answered questions quickly. All amenities we good as well. Was a little dirty upon arrival but had a very nice stay. It was the perfect size for a solo traveler and loved it was so close to the beach. Would rent it again

We were in Galveston for a cheer competition. It is very close to the Moody Gardens Convention Center. Plenty of options for meals and shopping for last minute items. Beach is across the street. The condo is very clean and perfect for two. It is a safe property. The owner was very accommodating to our needs and great communication.

Great Condo, great location

This condo was better than the pictures. Loved the location. It was perfect for our family of three but could sleep more comfortably. We have no complaints and will definitely be back. The owner was a pleasure to work with.

There was a bit of confusion about having a keypad but that worked out ok. It needs to have some kind of air flowing through on a regular basis b)c when we walked in it was super warm and pretty much always smelled musty. The shower was EXTREMELY slippery and I am surprised no one fell. Above all it was a decent place to stay and it worked out fine for us.

The location was great. Everything was within walking distance. The property was safe and we didn’t have any problems. The room was smaller than expected and smelled of cigarette smoke along with the hall way. Water leaked into the bathtub from the ceiling. But overall a great place to stay.

Great 2 night stay for a convention

My family stayed for 2 nights while attending a convention at the Convention Center 1 block over. It was a comfortable stay, though, we didn't spend much time in the room aside from sleeping. The location is perfect. Also, the listed parking price is wrong as the condos lowered the price, so bonus.

Had a beach view. Pool was nice. Room was decent. Not dirty but the bedroom ceiling had a stain and the room smelled like mildew. It was quiet. Bed was a little hard. Sheets had bleach stains. Tub had rust on one end. Furniture was old/very used and chair fabric was faded. It wasn’t the worst place but wasn’t the best place. It’s fine to sleep but I wouldn’t want to hang out in the room a lot.
