Pleasant place to stay.

The property was in a good location and we were pleasantly surprised that the apt was well stocked with appliances, dishes, cooking utensils, towels, etc. There was also a tv in the living room AND each bedroom. We were glad to see a “big black book” with house info and area info. We were visiting family in the area and it was nice that the apt had enough seating for a “food” visit.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is nicely decorated and we loved the screened in porch! I enjoyed sitting by the dock and reading. Even had an iguana join in! We will def stay again if in Pompano

Awesome stay right on the canal. My wife used the fishing poles and some shrimp from the store and caught some nice fish right off the back yard dock. The house owner is super communicative. Thank you!

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed staying in this duplex! Super quiet neighborhood; very peaceful day or night sitting in the screened in back porch, fan providing nice cool breeze. Plenty of kitchen appliances (including a Kuerig!) Lots of comfortable seating in the living room (reclining couch seats) and nice TV. Everyone has different tastes when it comes to beds, but we were very happy with both beds. I also enjoyed all the decor, especially the pictures on the walls. I would definitely stay here again!

The only downside, it's only got one bathroom. Also, pls make sure the listing has accurate beach proximity by car and on feet, as we learned that by car it was closed to 13 min and walking is more like 35-40 min. Otherwise, great stay!

Really nice stay!

We really liked our stay, everything we needed was there. We traveled with our 21 month old baby and the house was kid proof which was a great surprise! Not many sharp corners and he couldn’t get out when he was on the balcony which was great! There’s a Walmart close to the house which was convenient for groceries. We had a small issue with the sink and within the hour the owner came and fixed it for us. Would highly recommend it!

Great property

We found the property exacetly as described. A beautiful view of the water and the sunlight greets you when you enter the house and puts you in a great mood. There are a number of of eating option within walking distance, including a 24-hour diner. Everything else (the beach, stores, grocery shopping, etc.) is within a 5 minute drive. The host has taken care of all kinds of small details like beach chairs/towels, kayaks, basic cooking supplies, etc. All you need to do is show up.

Very Nice Home and Great Location

This home is a waterfront property facing the backyard. It provided beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We even had some ducks visit us at the back door asking us to share our breakfast. The home was very clean and provided the essentials, meaning dishes, pots, pans, utensils, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer, dryer, towels, linens, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, trash bags, and paper towels. When you purchase your grocery items, include smaller items such as condiments, salt, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent (if needed), and maybe some disinfecting wipes to clean up after meals. There are strict rules to have the trash brought up to the front of the house for trash days on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Just something to keep in mind if you are traveling in on certain days. Overall, we had a great stay.
