*The HOA has scheduled a waterproofing project for the exterior of the building in November 2026. Work will be specifically taking place on the 11th and 3rd floor, and the main breezeway ceiling. At times, guests staying at Sterling Shores may experience temporary disruptions, including the closure of certain amenities and restricted access to balconies. Balcony and walkway closures should only affect the 11th and 3rd floor units at this time. Additionally, this complex will be undergoing a re-roofing project scheduled from May-July of 2027, weather permitting. Sterling Shores 718 is a gorgeous newly remodeled condo that boasts a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with stools, and Gulf views. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it suitable for up to 8 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. There are two guest bedrooms, one with a full bed and the other with two twin beds. The living room offers a sofa sleeper, and a large flat-screen TV is also provided. Enjoy stunning ocean views from the private balcony, which is situated on the 7th floor of the building. Snowbird Season runs from November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Sterling Shores is a gated, 11-story complex in the heart of Destin. Boasting a 4300 sq.ft. private lagoon pool, gulf front pool, commercial grill area, BBQ grills, picnic area, and exercise room, located on 9 acres of lush tropical landscaping with 240 ft of beach. Be sure to take advantage of the new bike rack available for owner and guest use in the East Garage next to the ice machines. The beach pool is heated from Nov-May, depending on temperatures. The lagoon pool is not heated.

Sterling Shores is located in close proximity to Henderson Beach State Park and is near great restaurants and attractions like The Destin Track and Big Kahunas Water Park. Wander the 100 ft down to the beachfront Back Porch restaurant for a bite or drink. Happy Ours is in a wonderful location.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains.
