A beautifully constructed single level home recently renovated and designer decorated with a warm and soothing palate, furnishings that boast both style and function and fabulous covered wraparound front porch and rear lanai that afford you several vignettes to lounge, read, relax or entertain.
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
This four bedroom home has a grand master suite with king size bed and luxurious en-suite bath complete with custom cabinetry, soaking tub and shower finished in fine marble. Two additional queen bedrooms share a private bath plus an additional half bath for visiting guests. The fourth bedroom is a comfy king situated poolside in a spacious detached guest house with en-suite bath. Fine linens and bedding throughout provide a luxurious nights sleep for all.

Well appointed open floor plan with great room featuring vaulted ceilings and 3 sets of sliding glass doors that lead to over-sized wrap porch over looking pool area and perfectly manicured tropical grounds. Custom kitchen featuring rich solid wood cabinetry, granite counters, fine stainless appliances, breakfast bar and wine refrigerator. Elegant travertine flooring throughout perfect for the indoor/outdoor living this property lends itself to.

POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING...
This fine property boasts over 10,000 sq.ft. of tropical grounds ideal for those seeking ultimate privacy. Unwind in the heated pool surrounded by a sunny patio perfect for soaking up the rays. If a retreat from the sun is what you desire relax under the cool canopy of mature trees or on the over-sized wrap porches that flank the front and rear of the home perfectly appointed with comfortable outdoor furniture for lounging and dining.

This is a pet-friendly home and a pet fee is required. Please either inquire prior to booking, or make sure to check the box that you are bringing a pet when booking, AND include size, breed, and age of the pet in Comments/Special Requests.

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).

Amazing Garden Oasis

Wonderful home with all the perks! This home was a perfect location and features for our girls trip. Plenty of space for everyone plus the beautiful decor, gorgeous garden backyard (awesome privacy), pool with fountain which we loved!!! The guest house was incredible and would be great for multiple families who would like their own space but still be apart of the main group. Easy walk or bike to restruants, shopping and the best sites in Key West. I can't wait to come back!!!

Felt like a 5-Star Hotel

This home is everything we could've hoped for and more! My girlfriends and I had such a wonderful time & had plenty of space between us, even with 8 people sharing. The furnishings were very high-end & comfortable. We loved all the outdoor space & spent most of our time outside. The pool was perfect & we loved the water fountain feature, too! Everything felt new & recently refurbished with a high level of detail & thought. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

It is an Oasis!

Garden Oasis is truly an oasis with lush landscaping, total privacy and relative to other KW houses, very quiet....except the roosters! The house is in the perfect location, easy walks to restaurants, grocery store and a Dairy Queen. Its not a "new" house and maybe that's why it felt so comfortable. Great beds, comfy furniture in and out. A decent kitchen and great floor plan and having the "love shack" guest cottage was wonderful. We will be staying there for another month next year. Its not perfect...but pretty close.

It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a friendly neighbor next door. It is an easy walk to the White Street Pier and Higgs Beach. Duval Street is an easy bike ride away, and bicycles are supplied with the property. By Key West standards, the property is very large with a nice backyard. Therecis plenty of off-street parking, with is a rarity. The interior of the home is very nice and tastefully updated. The rental company is easy to work with and responsive to any questions. There is nothing I can say negatively about ourcexperience.

This is completely understandable. It has happened to us at our home near Tampa. The rental company and property owner went out of their way to make us comfortable. The rental agent had three free standing A/C units and a window unit delivered and installed. The owner was concerned they might not be enough and had two more freestanding units delivered overnight. The A/C parts arrived and the unit was repaired the next day. We could not ask for better service.

Second Time At Garden Oasis

Indeed, we have already rented it for another two months in 2023. The house was very clean and had all of the amenities we would expect. It has a great location with easy access to the main roads that take you downtown as well as off the island; also a quiet location. We ate out most often but the few times we did cook the kitchen contained a good selection of cooking utensils. Also, we have two dogs and it is a great house for dogs; big, fenced in backyard. We have rented many Florida Keys single family homes over the years and this is one of our favorites. Experience also suggests that you need a good property manager that responds in a timely fashion and addresses your concerns. We had Melanie and she is among the best we have ever had; we hope she will be the manager when we rent in 2023.

“Shopworn”

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third rental in Key West and probably our least favorite. In general, the house is fine but truly it is “shopworn.” Decor is dates, and many things in the house require maintenance that is either ignored or deferred., e.g., broken locks, windows that don’t open, screen doors coming off tracks. With the prices that are being charged for rentals in Key West, I guess this is what you get. And I may be fussy, so many of the things that bothered us may not bother others. The cleaning crew that comes in does a superficial job. Lots of chemicals but no water use in sight. . A mid-stay cleaning fee of $400 is an absolute rip off. The cleaning crew was in the home for exactly 1 hour. Kitchen needs more cooking equipment. I am not sure everyone eats out every day. It is often difficult to cook with the lack of some basic items like a good set of bowls and a dearth of kitchen towels. The management company or the owners- not sure who-really chintz on supplies like paper towels and toilet paper. So I would not rent this house again, but for others I am sure it will be just fine, based on other reviews.

The only way to stay in Key West!

This home is absolutely "True Island Elegance"! From the moment you step onto the front porch, you feel like you are home. As you step in, the elegance of the home is apparent. With three bedrooms in the main house and a detached guest cottage, 8 can sleep very comfortably. The back deck, pool and private "garden oasis" was so relaxing I didn't want to leave! But when I did, I didn't have to go far to be at restaurants, beaches and shops. Duval Street was a 10 minute walk/5 minute bike ride. Beaches only a 15 minute bike ride. We never had to get back in the car. When returning to Key West, this is the only way I want to stay!

Lovely Property

As we pulled up the cabbie remarked, "nice house." I did not make the reservation nor see pictures and was delighted by the lovely appointed home. The kitchen was full of every appliance and kitchenware needed to whip up a meal for plenty. We especially loved hanging outside on the patio overlooking the landscaping and pool. Make sure to take the bikes out and peddle minutes away to several restaurants, bars and live music. Visit Southernmost Beach Cafe for all three. Around the corner is Sandy's Cafe open all day. They serve coffee & delicious Cuban sandwiches. They deliver, just make sure to give yourself plenty of time. We rode our bikes to the grocery store (across from Sandy's) and filled the baskets with food. Fun adventure! We will definitively return! Thank you!

Garden Oasis is exactly that!

The home was inviting and very clean. The covered porch overlooking the garden was our favorite spot. The pool was also a favorite. The back yard vegetation is beautiful, loved the privacy. This was our second visit here and loved it both times! Jana at Truman Properties was amazing to work with.

Awesome Home in Beautiful Key West. Style and Comfort Awaits!

Everything about this vacation home is top shelf! We loved the beautiful décor, well-appointed kitchen and comfortable bedrooms--we had everything we needed for a GREAT week in Key West. We loved the quiet street, yet within a few minute walk to the grocery store, restaurants and liquor/wine store. The patio and pool are absolutely stunning--on most days of our week we opted to stay in and enjoy drinks poolside. Location, Location, Location, you are on a quiet street, just minutes from everything on Key West. Perfect, layout with three bedrooms, with Garand Master Suite & Jacuzzi bath. Two additional queen beds and even a cozy one bedroom guest house. We had my parents stay in the guest cottage to provide them more privacy, as we had 2 adults and 2 children in the main house. Awesome heated pool that is in garden Oasis that is perfect for lounging and relaxing. We loved it so much that we booked it next year and cant wait to get back. Jeff & Karen

TRULY AMAZING

My husband and I stayed here and never wanted to leave - we can't wait to return. Everything was beyond our expectations. The pool has to be the best pool in Key West, it's quite large for a house on that island and is beautiful. The backyard is like walking into your very own rainforest, there are all SORTS of fruit trees. We picked star fruit, mangos, lemons and limes - we would have picked bananas and papaya but didn't take the risk. We spend most of our time in the large fenced in backyard, sun bathing or lounging on the comfortable furniture offered in the shade (it's seriously a living room outside!). The owner also has 4 bikes that we used for all our transportation, did I mention they have cup holders ;) We went to a few local bars (Green Parrot bar? GREAT music), went to a terrific cuban restaurant and when we needed anything from groceries, beer or a young coconut to drink the water there is a store a few blocks away. Everything in the house is amazing as you can see in the pictures, bed was quite comfortable! Highly recommend and can't wait to return!
