This family-friendly retreat is conveniently located only 12 miles from Disney World - get ready for a magical adventure! In addition to a fantastic location, you and your beloved group are granted access to the resort's amenities, which include an outdoor pool with a pool slide, a lazy river, a hot tub, a BBQ area with charcoal grills, a fitness center, a game room with arcade machines throughout, a business center, and a volleyball court.

Upon entering this snowbird-friendly home away from home, you will discover a well-appointed and beautifully decorated open floor plan. Spend memorable evenings with your loved ones chilling and streaming movies and series on the smart TV in the living room. When mealtime comes, surprise your guests with your cooking skills and prepare their favorite recipes in the well-appointed kitchen. Right off the living area is an inviting private patio with seating where you can unwind, play cards, and plan your next adventures. The first floor also hosts one bedroom with an en suite bath and a smart TV. The other three bedrooms are located upstairs. All bedrooms have smart TVs and the primary suite enjoys an en suite bathroom.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests must pay a $25 tax resort fee every day they are on the property at the front desk. Guests may have up to eight bands to access the resort and towels are available to rent.
Beginning September 1, 2023, each reservation will require a $100 incidental hold placed on the payment method at the time of check-in. At the time of check-out, the hold will be returned once the provided wristbands and pool towel cards are returned to the front desk.
Parties are prohibited. If one is suspected to be occurring, security will be notified and guests will be fined $250.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
