Nice apartment in a pleasant place composed of 01 suite, 02 bathrooms, 01 suite and 01 social lounge and small kitchen, but very nice. Very close to the beach. Tall building. morning sun. Well ventilated. Beautiful view of the sea from Barra da Tijuca beach - Posto 03. Right in front of SHERATON in Barra da Tijuca.
Close to shopping malls, markets and local shops, cinemas, bars and restaurants. The building has a swimming pool, football court, children's toys and a coffe-shop, which offers breakfast and lunch
