Seating for 16, peninsula / island / living room - hosting options for a variety of group styles (family reunions, traveling families following sport events & other gatherings). Home boasts a spaciously open concept. As an added bonus there is a large gaming area that hosts a pool table, foosball table & large screen TV with streaming capabilities in a detached double plus garage space. Nature's view is something that has to be experienced to be appreciated! For those who enjoy shooting - the Aberdeen Gun Club is 1/4mi & Sportsman Club is only 1/2mi north of property.
