This private 3 story gated home is perfect for large groups but can also house small groups comfortably as well. The house is newly furnished, and has many beds and sleeping arrangements. The Living Room has a Smart TV with a large couch and futon to hold many guests. The kitchen is fully furnished for guest use and also a dining table for group dinners.

3 exclusive parking spaces in front of the house and street parking.

We booked this house because it could sleep so many people and it really can! The location was good for us. As a head’s up, though, we experienced quite a lot of noise out on the street at all hours of the night.

Family Stay

Khen’s home was perfect for our large family. It was well equipped with everything we needed and although the area had some questionable characters pass through at times, they kept to themselves and we felt quite safe.

This place was perfect for our family reunion vacation. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, as well as enjoy large family meals together. The KP Asian market around the corner was easy walking distance. Sprouts, Whole Foods, and Target were all a 5 min drive. We had a super random issue with our door one morning but the host was on top of it, communicating with us throughout the day and helping us get in. Someone came to repair it that evening. Only item of note that doesn't match the description of the listing is that only 2 parking spots were available. This didn't matter for us since our families joining us for some dinners carpooled and we didn't need the 3rd spot. But, I thought it was worth noting. We really enjoyed our stay and thank the host for offering up their lovely home to us!
