This unit has a king in both bedrooms.

1800 Atlantic is directly on the Atlantic ocean in Key West, adjacent to Smathers Beach the City Beach with a variety of watersports activities available.

The property itself features assigned secure parking spaces, 3 lighted tennis courts, one of which is the only clay court in Town. There are beautiful botanical gardens with picnic and BBQ areas.

The Olympic size heated pool sits on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, There is also a 20 person bubbling Jacuzzi tub by the pool, a Sauna also if you so desire.

The pool is the envy of many of our island visitors.
Assigned parking is one of our many amenities.

The historic area is less than a 5 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride.
Fish, snorkel, dive, dine, jet ski, theater or simply just relax, it is your vacation and we are to help. We will share our island secrets and you will be back.

High speed internet access.

Elevator Upgrade project taking place from June - September 2026 - Please note there will still be one working elevator in both the East and West building while this project is underway.

Since this was a bottom level location (2nd level), the views were obstructed by the palm trees and butterflies - not an issue though! The room decor is a little dated, but it was clean and plenty of cups, dishes, silverware and towels.The pool, hot tub, grills were in great shape!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is conveniently located and generally very nice. Could use some updating (I kept hearing the Miami Vice theme song in my head). Has everything you would want. Only real complaints 1) the TV is the size of a monitor, but it had to be to fit in the wicker cabinet. 2) one of the elevators was being repaired for the entire week we there - more a nuisance and on the management company rather than areal gripe. I would rent here again, with different expectations.

It was great to have a common area to relax in after a full day in Key West. The condo was very clean, convenient to a beach, and an easy drive to downtown. The pool area and landscaping was beautiful.

Clean apartment, it is dated in decor, but everything is clean and in excellent condition so it feels authentic and like you’ve gone back in time! The gym for the complex could be upgraded, as that is very old and more info on how to used the shared gaming facilities would be helpful.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at 1800 Atlantic. It was quiet and clean. Master shower wasn't working but everything else was great. We love the pool area and the communication with owner was great.

Great condo near the beach.

Next to the beach, it is possible to walk to Duvall St. We walked to the Hemmingway house while staying here. Very nice clean condo.
