A private 40-foot balcony, opening from the living room and bedrooms, has an additional dining area as well as casual seating. New furniture and large flat-screen TVs are in both bedrooms and the living room. Great property

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice space, comfortable. There are mirrors everywhere. There isn’t much near the condo that is walkable but we rented a golf cart to get around the island. FYI the 6 seater golf cart is too tall to fit into the garage.

Great location

Right near the beach and a $10 Uber to Duval st. Perfect for our family. Wish there were beach chairs and an umbrella. Other then that perfect.

Nice condo but busy street traffic noise on balcony.

We liked the unit for its layout, access, parking convenience and proximity to the beach. A few things need updating (blinds, shower controls, etc) but overall it fit our needs very well. Location on a busy Atlantic side artery into Key West and airport meant traffic noise (mostly from morning commuters) was an unwelcome surprise.
