Perfect downtown Mt Sterling location

The apartment was exactly as described and pictured online and actually, even better in person. We loved the charm of historic building and the vintage decor in the apartment with the updated bathroom and kitchen. The location was perfect for walking to location attractions and stores. We appreciated the map of downtown, brochures, and the welcome book with information and instructions. The owner answered my request quickly and helped me through the process as a first time vrbo user. It had all the amenities we needed and the apartment was spotless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...this was the perfect introduction to vrbo!

We really loved this charming apartment. Graham was fantastic making sure everything was ready and helping us get it booked last minute. The unit is spotless and fresh. Nicely furnished with a huge renovated bathroom. The beds were super comfortable. There is reserved parking for the apartment. We walked around looking at the charming old buildings and my wife enjoyed shopping. We were there for "First Friday" which had bands, vendors, food trucks and a car show". We enjoyed Milkshakes at Berryman's, Candy from Ruth Hunts, Visiting with family and we made a trip to visit "The Ark" experience which is only a little over an hour away. We definitely will plan on staying again when we are back to visit family.

There was Trash under the dresser everything else seemed to be clean. This stay was harder on the elderly. There were several stairs that we were told about just more than we expected. The queen size bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The king size bed was very comfortable. There were not enough towels or washcloths. The floor leading into the king size bedroom had a step leading down to it and we did not realize it and lost our balance. The overall stay served its purpose and it was a beautiful place.
