This is a million waterfront listing centrally located nearby mall, beach, River Casino, Norfolk Zoo and Norfolk & Portsmouth historical tour, Ocean Breeze Water Park and busch gardens. it has over 5500 square feet to accomodate large gathering over 25 people and up: wedding, graduation, birthday, and anniversaries.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to roam in and around the space throughout. The yard are fenced in for privacy and BBQ grill and outdoor furniture are available with access to share boat pier for scenic view, crabbing and fishing.

Boat tour ride and jet ski rentals coming in summer 2024.
