Guesthouse Front Suite

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The charm of a farm, the peace of a resort along with some spa amenities. Relax in the indoor Infrared Sauna year round. Relax in the pool and hot tub during the warm months. Find your happy place in this home away from home dream space. We are constantly updating and making improvements to our space and hope people will return again and again.
The space
This space offers 2 private en suites, 2 additional bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, exercise room, two kitchenettes, and outdoor lounge areas. You have access to a pond for fishing or enjoy the pond via our paddle boat. This space is great for retreats and events. For groups events contact owner for a special events. Visitors are prohibited on the farm unless consent is given by owner. The Event Barn and commercial kitchen are available for use for an additional fee. Commercial photography allowed but only with written consent from owner and additional fees will be required.

1 hr from Memphis. Roughly 10 miles from Golfing, boating, wineries, and distillery. A must see.

Great getaway!

We visited the property with three other families, and had an absolutely wonderful time. Every request was accommodated for, communication was easy and clear, and the house and property are beautiful!

Beautiful property with everything you could want

From the beginning when we first booked, and throughout our entire stay, our hostess communicated with us perfectly. She is quick to respond and answer any questions that we may have had. I could not speak highly enough about this property. From the moment your drive through the gate and enter the beautiful grounds, you will feel the peacefulness of your stay unfold. There is ample room to relax and enjoy yourselves both inside and out. The workout room, gameroom, and pond with paddle boat kept everyone entertained. I can honestly say this property did not lack for anything. We only come to Tennessee every other year, and will always book Giselles property if available. I should also add that we had 8 adults and two youngsters with more than enough sleeping space. We even had unoccupied beds. Thank you again for a wonderful vacation.

We stayed in the Front House and the beautiful leather, main seating area was so cozy. We didn't get around to the karaoke system but did enjoy FIFA on the big screen. There was ample seating at the kitchen bar and large dining table for hanging out and eating. Sleeping was great for our teen who was happy to have a space far away from the rest of us (downstairs), haha, and in a nice dark room. The upstairs was great for the rest of the family who likes to wake up with the roosters (although we didn't hear any) & sunshine. And all of the beds were so cozy. We all slept really well!We had littles in our party and enjoyed visiting the small koi pond and bird/goat/rabbit pen. All the variety of birds were cool to see. The pool was crystal clear and very refreshing, also with lots of seating with some umbrella shade if needed. Make sure to ask about the little country store on site that has a variety of nice smelling items, fun clothing, gifts and more. We were so happy to find the perfect spot in Toone that allowed us ample outdoor spaces and fun indoor spaces too. If we come back with more family, we'd rent the back side of the house as well to take advantage of all of the space.

Why they chose this property

The remote feel of this place is my favorite. While it is small town USA, it is close to large chain retailers for basic goods in the surrounding towns and within 1 hr drive from a major city.

What makes this property unique

This is a working farm yet it has the amenities of a small resort. I have carefully crafted an experience for my enjoyment and to share with others. The guest house furnishings feature designers like Hooker, John Richards, and lush mattresses by Sealy. I have chosen linens that are soft to touch and the comfort of the bidets adds that special touch. I have kept some of the charm and rustic features of a barn and have retrofitted it to it’s current state. We live on a self cleaning septic system and have filtered well water. We respect the land and request that our guests understand we must take all precautions to allow nature to provide for us. We practice reduced waste and low water use. There is absolutely no bleach usage or chemicals that will harm the bio system of the farm. We live with free range chickens and dogs that serve as protectors. Please read the information about dogs security hours. Living on a farm it is important for the safety of our family, animals and guests to ward off dangerous predators. While some see it as an inconvenience we see it purely as a matter of safety.
