Welcome to this stylish lower level property with no stairs and easy access! This unit has a superior location within desirable Desert Falls Country Club and has been tastefully remodeled throughout. The 2 bedroom/2 bath corner unit has gorgeous southwest facing golf course views including views from the primary bedroom. The expansive views face the 14th green and multiple fairways with the gorgeous Santa Rosa and San Jacinto mountains as a backdrop. There are many amenities to be enjoyed!

The Space

This tastefully remodeled condo has it all! The upgraded kitchen includes newer white cabinetry, granite countertops, updated lighting and a gas stove. There is beautiful tumbled travertine throughout the unit, upgraded windows, sliding doors and white shutters. Both bathrooms have been remodeled and include walk-in showers. The wet bar, conveniently located in the living room, has been updated with a tile countertop and copper sink to match the fireplace, giving a cohesive style. There is ample room for eating in the dining area which is open to the kitchen and living room. Off the kitchen is a breakfast nook where a designated work space has been set up. Enjoy shade and privacy from the covered patio which has a fan, Saltillo tile and gorgeous views!

Desert Falls CC is centrally located close to dining, retail, convenient stores and endless golf course options. The new Acrisure arena is also nearby as well as casinos and freeways.

Just wrapped up our stay at this cute Desert Falls CC condo! It was a wonderful week of relaxation. The condo instructions were clear and easy to follow. The condo itself is clean and maintained with comfortable amenities. It has a nice patio with a gorgeous view of the golf course and surrounding foothills. Andrea, the owner, was kind enough to check in with us by text to be sure all was well, and it was!! Pool #11 is so calm with a lovely view. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Palm Desert

From the time we pulled up to the gates of Desert Falls until the time we left, we could not have been more delighted. It really felt like home with all the little touches. Having a ninja for protein shakes and a washer and dryer were awesome. Also, there is a pool Right across the street. Views from patio of golf course are nice and we hiked around neighborhood almost every day. We really enjoyed the pickleball courts and the gym has state of the art equipment. I mean really nice machines. Overall it was a fantastic stay and the info from the owner and manager was fantastic. Can’t wait to come back.

Clean and cozy.

Very nice 2 bedroom condo, no surprises, manager was friendly, check in was easy. Unit was nicely stocked, kitchen and bath were upgraded, would definitely return. Only recommendation is patio furniture could use an upgrade, not very comfortable, we tend to spend a lot of time lounging outside so it’s important to us.otherwise great stay!

Desert Falls

This was our second visit to the Desert Falls community. The host was very attentive and any issues we encountered during our stay were handled promptly. The unit is clean and comfortable. The unit sits behind the 14th green and provides a beautiful view of the golf course. We also enjoyed the use of the fitness center and the pools that are close by. We would definitely recommend this property.

Very relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Desert Falls. The location is great and the property was very accommodating. The host, Chris was quick to respond to any need or question we had.
