Super responsive host, short walk to the beach which was practically empty so it felt like a private beach! Great outdoor area to hang out. Having four separate units was wonderful to allow family members to spread out and allow for separate night times or wake ups.

Clean and all basic items and extra needed items were available and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay again. The kitchen was well stocked.

Family Vacation

This was a great place for our whole family to stay. We were looking for a place that could accommodate all 25 of us. And each family had their own unit which gave everyone their own space. The beach was only a walk away. Great place to stay with your family.

Perfect for our big family!

Awesome beach access in a pretty secluded area making for a peaceful beach trip. The house was nice and easily fit our giant family for a big reunion! Management was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions :)

We visited the Surfside Beach House as part of a non-profit org that hosts wellness and respite retreats for special needs and caregiving families (A Mother's Rest). The property manager was wonderful and generous in supporting us. Four individual families attended, providing each with plenty of space to enjoy their own private visit, but close enough to still be all together. Even without an open view, you're literally steps from the ocean...a very private, residential beach, not touristy. Each of the apartments was quite spacious and very clean. Well appointed. Thank you for supporting AMR!
