We had a great stay in this house. The yard is very beautiful and the house is a close proximity to SDSU for those wanting to visit without doing Hotel Circle. We were a small group so the house felt big to us. We used the hot tub and pool area everyday. The yard was very pretty at night with the lights on. There are a few things that can be improved, such as better directions to use everything. I believe this was their first rental and Sebastian was very friendly and attentive to our requests. I feel strongly he will continue to make improvements to make this a great vacation rental. I would rent it again!

We had a great stay. We are a family of 7 w/ 3 in college, 1 in high school and 1 in middle school. House had plenty of space for us. Nice neighborhood, quiet and safe - very centrally located. Grocery store, liquor store, gas station etc were only a quick drive away. Fairly open floor plan w/ comfortable beds and a good kitchen. Great pool and pool area. Private backyard with no houses directly behind. Big pool that was probably 8' deep in the deep end. Nice hot tub as well. Weather wasn't great when we came otherwise we would have used it more. Very clean and check-in and check-out were very easy. Sebastien was a great host and fantastic with communication. Any time a question came up, he was quick to respond. Would highly recommend as a great place to stay while visiting San Diego - especially for families with kids who will enjoy the pool!
