This was a great house in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and the beds were good. St. Augustine is a sweet little city with tons of restaurants and historical interest.
Our stay was fantastic! The location was perfect. We walked to the Fish Cannery and had wonderful seafood the first night. The hot tub was very relaxing and the house was very clean. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area!
The home was very clean. The hot tub was great. The location was excellent for my step daughter's wedding at "The Oldest House". Everything in walking distance..
This is a great property. Close to town, yet a private feel. The house is clean, the hot tub is big, and there are plenty of towels, etc. We will definitely be coming back to this property again. Five stars. The host was easy to work with and easy to reach. We highly recommend this home away from home.
We had a wonderful family stay at this vacation home. It’s an excellent place — beautiful, well decorated, very clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub was a highlight of our stay and made the experience even more special. The owners were extremely attentive and helpful throughout our time there. We truly recommend this place and would love to come back.
Overall, the house was clean and organized, however, the artificial plants needed some cleaning. Backyard was not as welcoming as the pictures depicted. We had looked forward to spending time outside however, with the abundance of leaves and and lack of maintenance of shrubbery, we did not spend any time in the backyard.

Thank you for sharing your experience and we are glad you enjoyed the home. We have had a very harsh winter by Florida standards with several days below freezng temps, and this has affected our backyard oasis. While some of our foliage may still be recovering, our huge tree, quiet location and fairy lights still make it a relaxing retreat.
House is very clean. Towels are old and dingy. Beds are comfortable, living room furniture is not.

We are sorry you did not find your stay to be 5 stars as that is the goal we strive for with every guest. Our home was designed to be a very comfortable "home away from home" and we put great emphasis on guest's comfort and convivence along with extreme cleanliness. We were pleased to be able to meet your request for early check in and were happy to offer restaurant recommendations. I also hope your early departure was made easier by not having to do anything specific as far as check out. Our goal is for you to truly be on vacation while at our home! Again, we are dedicated to offering not only a comfortable home in a great location, but also high customer service
The location was excellent, waking distance to the historic sights in St Augustine. House was immaculately clean and well supplied. Host was very responsive and the check-in and checkout process was easy.Having the half bathroom downstairs in addition to the upstairs full bathrooms is convenient with multiple people in the house. There's a cafe/coffee shop within walking distance.Living room furniture is not super comfortable, especially for tall people. It's low to the ground and doesn't have much back support, which can be a bit of a problem after walking all day. :)Everything else was good!

We loved the place! The beds were super comfy. The house was very clean. Check in process was super easy and the host was very responsive and very accommodating. Five stars all the way around!
Casa Tranquila was a very enjoyable stay for us during springtime in St. Augustine. The house was comfortable, quiet, and located in easy walking distance to the major historic sites . Beautiful beaches were a quick drive away. Grandkids loved it!
We had a wonderful stay at this home in St. Augustine. The house itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The linens and towels were fresh, and everything inside felt well cared for, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The location is a huge plus, close to all the attractions and within walking distance to downtown. The neighborhood was welcoming, and everyone we encountered was friendly. We also felt very safe throughout our stay, which added to the overall positive experience. The hosts were excellent, responsive and available if needed, although everything was so well set up that we didn’t have to reach out. The hot tub was also a great bonus and definitely added to our enjoyment. The only downside was the outdoor space. The landscaping in both the front and backyard appeared overgrown, and the plants and trees didn’t quite match the listing photos. That said, it seemed to be consistent with other properties in the neighborhood, so it may just be seasonal. The backyard had a significant amount of leaves, which made it a bit difficult to fully enjoy, and the patio/porch furniture could benefit from a good cleaning. But the hosts informed us of all the leaves prior and provided a leave blower for our use if needed which we thought was kind of them.Overall, this is a great home in a fantastic location, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in St. Augustine.
My family and I had a wonderful experience at in St. Augustine. The house was beautifully maintained, clean, and comfortable—exactly what you'd hope for in a vacation rental. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the trolley and only a 5-minute drive to downtown, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The check-in and checkout process was the easiest I've ever experienced, and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions. I would absolutely stay here again—highly recommended!
