Beautiful and wide beach house. Very well maintained.
It is located 120m from the beach, in quiet neighborhood and close to markets, pharmacy, downtown (fair and other attractions). On the waterfront, there are well-structured kiosks, hiking trail and bike path.
The house has a pool with waterfall; barbecue area with pizza oven; garage for 03 cars; large living room and mezzanines.
Free WIFI Internet, Cable TV, Comfortable accommodation for 18 people: 04 spacious rooms (of which 02 are suites), with double and single beds, as well as a mezzanine with sofa beds
Kitchen with stoves, fridges, frezzer, microwave oven and household utensils.
Full house, being necessary to take only bed linen, bath and other personal items.
Note 1: Wireless internet access in the house. Cable TV . With monitoring system.
Note 2: Preferably for families or couples.
Obs 3: For extended holidays, year-end parties and carnival: VALUES UNDER CONSULTATION.
