10 Minutes to Ski Butternut! Dogs Welcome!
Close to Butternut and Catamount Ski Areas! This is a 3 month winter rental for $3,300 per month including utilities. Family friendly and dog friendly 1870's farmhouse fully renovated to include chef's kitchen, wood-burning stove, claw foot tub, deck, patio, outdoor pizza oven with grill, and one level living with bedroom, bathroom, and washer/dryer on first floor along with living room, dining room and kitchen. In the heart of Southern Berkshire County, there's plenty to do nearby! Perfectly located to enjoy The Berkshires but also, big and comfortable enough to stay at home. We are very close to a park, trails, hikes, world-class bakery and tea store.
