One of the elevators was out of order! A long wait for the 12th floor for the other one.

Apparently one of the elevators was out of order for months! Then one day the other elevator was out of service forcing my granddaughter to walk down 12 flights carrying all our beach gear. So frustrating. All the guests we talked to were complaining. We have been staying at One Seagrove Place annually for many years and never had such an inconvenience. On the positive side, our room 1207 was lovely.

Dont stay!

Clean. Great view. Comfortable beds. Updated bathrooms. Decor / lighting / kitchen / kitchen accessories and dishes ALL poor condition! Worst condo we’ve stayed in along 3OA in twenty+ years!

is the only public beach access there next to one seagrove ? the beach in front of one seagrove used to be for guest/owners only but now the other areas next to one seagrove are private?
