Enjoy this Southend Charlotte jewel. Quiet street close to all of Charlotte's attractions. 3-bedroom 1 bath home with large fenced in backyard. This house is a 2-minute uber and 10-minute walk to all the Southend breweries, restaurants, and the Rail Line. 15 min walk to uptown and Bank of America Stadium.15-minute drive to Airport. 10-minute drive to Southpark Mall. Cyclists can be on the Greenway with a short 1-mile ride. The greenway allows walkers and cyclists an over 20-mile paved walk/ride from Noda to South Carolina.
Location Location Location!!!Washer and Dryer. Wi-Fi and Smart Tv for streaming. All linens included for 3 queen beds. Desks in each room for the perfect place to work. TVs in two bedrooms for the perfect place to relax. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher. Charcoal grill, fir pit and outdoor table for enjoying some outdoor time.
