Walking distance to a gas station and upcoming shopping center, 1 minute drive from the grocery store, Starbucks, Papa John’s,WOW lemonade, and several main attractions. 12 minutes to downtown Las Vegas ($12 Uber), 17 minutes to the strip ($16 Uber) and 21 minutes to the airport for about $18-25 Uber ride.
First Floor- Enter the home and relax on our comfortable couch watching your favorite shows on a 65+ inch screen. Play up to eight people on the electronic gaming table, and have endless fun searching 38 plus games. Play Monopoly, Cash Flow for Kids board games, UNO or card games. Enter our dining area and seat your self at the island bar stools or table as you or your guests cook gourmet meals in our fully equipped kitchen with endless spices and amenities. Write a special saying on the chalkboard wall in the dining area for all to see!

Head outside to the patio, and relish in multiple seating areas, trampoline, BBQ grill, and lush desert landscaping with budding fruit trees.

Second Floor- Head upstairs to the first bedroom (Bedroom two) that has two spacious and comfortable high end TWIN XL mattresses. These easily convert to a King Bed for a couple with plenty of space to move about the room and enter the walk in closet.

Enjoy a relaxing bath or shower in the hallway bathroom with double sinks, and Epsom salt in the cabinet, and luxurious body wash .

Head into the kids room ( Bedroom 3) where your kids 12 and under can watch TV, play with toys, read books by the window, or slide around on the bunk bed.

The spacious master bedroom with a memory foam mattress has a 55 inch TV and en-suite with a private shower, bathroom, and his and her sinks.

Lovely place off the strip

Clean and well maintained home off the strip. Was perfect distance from everything but still close enough to go everywhere..

Great location and beautiful neighborhood. House has a wonderful open layout, CLEAN, great backyard for the kids. Everything about our stay was awesome. Would/will come back in a heartbeat. Great communication with owner too!
