Spectacular summer hiking off the back of the patio area on the ski run! 5-minute stroll to the pool and hot tub complex! FREE Town shuttle picks up right out front. PLEASE NOTE: The pool-hot tub complex nearby is closed September 6th - Nov 11th. Pool hours are 12 PM – 8 PM daily.

Super-cushy seating for 9 in the living room, yet 3 spacious floors to spread out! Tasteful, clean accommodations in the middle of it all, but you don't want to break the bank? You've found it! This end unit has extra south-facing windows, and the gorgeous river-rock gas fireplace is the focal point for your relaxing escape!

This condo is in a great location and is reasonably priced. The living and dining areas are very comfortable and spacious. Itrip manages the property and they got us 9x13 pans when we couldn't find them and laundry soap when it ran out. Also followed up on a city wide Internet Outage. Very timely and responsible.

Summer weekend getaway

Property has most of the essentials. the bedroom upstairs are very nice. Basement sleeping area was a little musty / smelly. Location of the property was perfect and very easy to walk to town.overall met our needs for a guys mountain bike weekend in Breckenridge.

Snowboard trip

It was a great location we just had to walk up 3 blocks to the lift and at the end of the day snowboarded to the back door. For dinners just walked which was nice to not have to deal with parking on Main Street!! We just had 5 of us 2 couples and a single plenty of room.

SKI Trip

Everything about this stay was everything we could have wanted! The condo was a 4 min walk from the lift and we could ski down to the front door from the 4’Clock run! Inside was spacious and the fire place was a hit with everyone! Would definitely recommend!

Breck Ski Trip

The property was pretty dated and needs some refreshing. The hot water capacity was very low, and we only had 4 adults and 3 young children in the unit, but more than 3 successive showers drained the hot water.For the price, a more accessible pool and hot tub would have been expected as well.

Great location for ski in/ski out and easy walk to town. Property manager was very attentive.

Great vacation spot. The property manager was attentive after we booked and during check-in and throughout the stay. This is a family home that has everything you need to make our stay comfortable, but it's not fancy. We would book again.

Great location and price for Breck

This condo is in an ideal location for Breckenridge and is walking distance to everything. The unit has plenty of room and good parking as well. You won't find a much better deal in Breckenridge!
