Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at waters edge for only 2 years now but love it! This o the first time in this unit but it was great! The unit had everything we needed except dish soap but would definitely stay there again.

Nice view that’s it

Noisy..bike week lost sleep, hammer drill during dinner 7pm, fire alarm going off for a long time, drunk woman yelling 1am, etc…Condo had issues.Poorly stocked kitchen.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great experience. We stayed with several other families and had a blast enjoying the beach and pool. Our condo accommodated four people, though the sleeping arrangements left a bit to be desired. The pull-out sofa was wrapped in plastic and extremely stiff—definitely not a viable option for sleeping. The Murphy bed was tolerable, but far from comfortable. Two of us didn’t sleep well, though the other two in the main bed slept great.When we arrived, we discovered dirty pillowcases in the main shower, which was also covered in grime. Fortunately, I had brought cleaning supplies, so I returned the soiled linens to the front office and cleaned the shower myself. While the condo wasn't the most updated or cleanest we've stayed in, it was acceptable for a week-long stay.We enjoyed our time overall, but we likely wouldn’t choose this particular unit again.

We do apologize for the mishap with the pillowcase, and we followed up with the cleaning company on how that might have happened. We would have been happy to send them back in to clean for you, but you declined that service. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view we had from the condo was terrific. The seating/living area was appointed very well. The bedroom and bathroom left a lot to be desired. Bedroom needs better table lamps. Bed hard as a rock. Only table lamp was a small crooked neck lamp you would find on a desk. The hall bathroom needs work on the door as it would not open or close properly, but it did have a tiled walk-in shower, but no light above. The shower curtain had mold at the bottom. The kitchen was sparse, but had the basics. It does have a Keurig coffee machine. The floor must not have been cleaned in a while since we continued to get black feet on the bottom from day 1. Amenities such as pool, hot tub, and outside decking was very nice. However, the hot tub was basically used as a kiddie pool by families ignoring policy not to have children under five in the hot tub. Management did not enforce rules.

The bed is a new mattress less than 3-4 months old, and unfortunately bedding is personal preference. It is very hard to satisfy every renter's bedding desires. We will relay your feedback to the owner. Any items that could have been addressed during your stay could have been reported to our front desk for our housekeeping or maintenance team to try and address to make your stay more enjoyable. We do apologize for the hot tub, but we as the rental company have no control over the amenities. We do hope that you will try to visit with us again as we do have several room options due to each condo being individually owned and furnished.

Wouldn't stay again

The condo itself was not bad, it just lacked some things that I hadn't thought of, like a garbage disposal, hangers in the closet, dish soap, laundry detergent, or basic cooking necessities like cooking oil. The bed was also hard as a rock, so unless you prefer a very firm mattress, it was rather uncomfortable. Other than that, it was alright. The biggest issues were with the resort, especially the noise at ALL hours. The condo is right off the parking structure, so you hear every engine that comes through. People were blaring music past midnight every night I was there, and then every morning at 5 am, I was awoken by a series of loud crashes that I think were from a trash truck coming through. Plus, there was definitely a remodel going on next door, as i heard paint-rollers, hammers, and drills through the paper thin walls all day long. The day before I checked out, a man knocked on my door wanting to come in to change an air filter. I didn't let him in because I'm a woman, I was alone, nobody had warned me ahead of time that someone would be coming to do any kind of maintenance work, and I was still in pajamas at 10 am. I told him he could do it after i checked out. He wasn't happy, but he let it go. So, nothing outright ruined my vacation or anything, it just wasn't as comfortable as I'd hoped.

We appreciate your feedback, and we are sorry to hear that you would not stay again. Each of our condos are individually owned, so they are all decorated and equipped differently. We did send a check in email with the items that you would need to bring and listed the starter supplies that are included with your rental package. The mattress is less than a year old, and we are sorry that it wasn't your comfort style. The condo is located on the 1st level, so you do hear garage noise. Unfortunately, some days are worse than others depending on the traffic throughout the resort. Unfortunately, we do not have control over how others act nor when other owners do renovations. Those renovations should have been done outside of quiet hours though. We do send an email to all of our guests 24 hours prior to maintenance entry unless it is an emergency or maintenance is requested. You did get an email letting you know that monthly air filter maintenance would be done the next day. We do apologize if you did not see this before maintenance came by to change that out. We hope that you will consider staying at the resort again maybe in a different condo not located on the lower level next to noises.
