Condo is clean, convenient to everything and very well planned out. Kitchen area with bar and huge island is so much more functional than other layouts.

It has exactly what we want - clean rooms, clean building, directly on the beach, every room is waterfront, perfect sized outdoor hot tub and pool, large deck with plenty of chairs with access to a bar and store, walking distance to Garden City and its pier! Never going anywhere else.....

I wipe down upon my arrival and it was spotless. The ocean views were spectacular. The owners of this condo have the room very nice and updated decor and the bed provided the best sleep ever! The washer and dryer was the best I have had in a vacation rental. You will not regret if you stay at this condo. Thank you for keeping it so nice. The cleaning crew at the Waters Edge stay on top of the condo building. The property description matched. Check out the Rustic Table in Pawley's Island for dinner and Benjamins for breakfast!

Condo Review

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not a good experience. When we got there, the master bath sink was clogged with brown stuff coming up the drain. Maintenance put some powerful chemicals down the drain which worked but left a chemical film all over the mirror, sink and shelf above the toilet. Since he didn't know to tell the front desk we needed cleaning service to clean the bathroom, we had to do it the next day. It was hard to tell how far the chemicals went. Did NOT feel clean after that. Had a main water break above us and the pool was closed from Tuesday till we left on Friday due to someone throwing glass from an above balcony. We have stayed at many hotels for less than what we paid here but thought we would try it. Won't do it again. In a hotel, if you need extra toilet tissue, they bring it to you. Here, if you needed more toilet tissue, you go to the store and buy it!
