Return any moved furniture to its original spot (especially backyard)
Turn off pool heater if used ($200 fee if left on) (Do not turn off pump as it is on a scheduled time)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking indoors: if smoking occurs inside the home, the guest is subject to a $1,500 fee. Please feel free to enjoy our outside areas for smoking.
If there is additional cleaning than usual and or damaged laundry, additional cleaning fees to cover the extra work and/ or laundry replacement.
Parking: Open the gate for extra space if needed. Street parking is available. Please don’t block sidewalks per city ordinance.

Galveston Bachelorette!

This was such a cute stay for our Bachelorette trip! We had a group of eleven and the bedroom set up worked great for us! You are so close to everything you want to go to or you can stay in and enjoy the backyard. Definitely recommend this place!!

Lots to do at the property, Pool was great. Centrally located. The astro turf in the back yard was a nice touch. Additional fridge to store drinks was also a nice touch. Kitchen was very well stocked. Great place for a family vacation for our family of 6.

Mother’s Day Get Away in Historic Galveston

If you’re looking for a different experience than the West End this is it! The house is minutes from the Strand and the Seawall and was one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever rented. The house is spacious and charming and had ample room for our group of 11. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard space and would definitely rent again.

Awesome house!

We came up for Mardi Gras weekend and a fishing trip. The house was super cute, well stocked with amenities, and loved having a Roku available. The house is in a great location! We loved hanging out on the back porch. We will definitely come back :)
