About this space
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Come and relax with a large TV in the living room and smaller one behind the mirror in the Master Bedroom. In Belen City Limits - 35 miles South of Albuquerque - Quiet and secure - AC and heater unit in Master Bedroom - AC unit in the main living area, and gas heat for the rest of the cottage. Gas cooking - ice maker in the freezer. Covered parking for up to 2 cars. More parking available next to the house. Small, private and cozy too!
The space
Two comfortable queen size beds with an air mattress and linens available if more than 4 guests.
Guest access
There is covered parking for two vehicles just east of the front yard. Guests can also park next to the cottage to unload. All we ask is that we do not block renters in the back from access to come and go.
Other things to note
There is no smoking allowed inside the cottage. There is an ashtray provided outside on the porch. Pets are welcome with a $25 dollar per pet cleaning fee. Guests are expected to clean waste and place in trash bin located outside the cottage. There is a folder on the dining room table with more information as well as local restaurants.
