This cozy and newly renovated home is located less than 2 miles away from High Point University. It’s in a great central location in walking distance to some shops and restaurants. It’s also less than a mile way to hwy 74 which makes it easier and faster to go to Greensboro and Winston Salem both are less than half an hour away. Very accommodating with my requests. Wonderful place to celebrate Thanksgiving with our children and grandchildren. A dishwasher would be nice, but this way everyone got to help with clean up.
Chilling out
Ready to cook. Counter space in the kitchen was at a premium so placed roaster on ironing board in a bedroom.
Full tummies. Parents went home to wrap presents.

Comfortable stay in High Point

This property provided my family and I a comfortable place to stay while visiting long distance family. Location is great with quick accessibility to the highways, stores, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay here again upon next visit.

The entrance is difficult to find. The mail box numbers are very hard to see especially at night.!The house itself is nice. Clean and confortable. The icemaker did not work. Overall very comfortable!!!

Clean, Cozy and Comfortable

From the moment we booked, Aymen was very welcoming and responsive. The Property was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Aymen was great at checking in, and readily available. The location can't be beat, with so many attractions and wonderful restaurants nearby, everything was just a quick dash away. I would highly recommend this property and would stay in it again.

Well supplied, nice house, great communication

Very easy checkin and very fast communication. The house is well stocked from kitchen supplies to paper products and cleaning supplies (laundry and dish soap) It is an older home in an older neighborhood, but nicely kept up and no problems at all. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Home was clean, very simple. There was coffee, and filters in the kitchen. The house was well supplied with paper towels, and household item. The beds are low with bed toppers on them. The faucets for the showers are a bit difficult and the hall bath does not have a liner. There is no front walk to the front door. With recent rains it was not ideal. The front bushes at the end of the driveway need to be trimmed the street is busy so reversing is a bit scary.

Visiting family

The only thing I would upgrade are the mattress. The mattress on the white bed was like a rock. Air vent covers and return vent showed needed to be replaced and cleaned. Overall, the house was very clean
