Spacious one bedroom oceanfront apartment
Enjoy an oceanfront stay in this spacious one bedroom apartment. The kitchen, living and dining area open up to a large private patio where you can sit and enjoy the sights, sounds and breezes from the ocean. Your private patio looks out over the tropical garden that is in our gated property. This apartment has a private entrance and is on the ground floor of a two floor villa.
The bedroom has a queen sized bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils. There is a gas grill for your use on your patio. We provide bottled water.
Our pool is the perfect place to relax and watch the beautiful sunsets that this area offers.
The complex is directly on the beach and the ocean is a few steps through our gate . You can enjoy walks on the beach or sit under our private cabana that is a few steps from the shoreline. We provide sun umbrellas, beach towels and beach chairs for your use. There are also two kayaks and a paddle board for our guests to use.
We are situated between two small towns that are each a 10-15 min walk away. They each offer a variety of restaurants and food markets to explore. There are pickle ball and tennis courts close by.
We are about a one hr drive north of the Puerto Vallarta airport.

First rate stay. The accommodations were well stocked. Had use of paddle boards and boogie boards. Didn’t get time for the kayaks but will definitely come back to experience those too. The beach is one of the best we’ve been to. All in all it was great. We almost hate to recommend this place as we don’t want it to be booked when we wish to come again! Thank you Delores, Paola, and Juan ( hope I spelt those right) for the use of pail and shovel for our sand sculptures and help with any questions we had. Hope to see you soon.

Better than a resort
Insanely beautiful house and view. I can’t say enough about this rental. It’s as gorgeous as the pictures. The staff is onsite and very helpful. It’s a bit of a walk in town but didn’t stop us. The subdivision is lovely. Bed was lovely, shower had hot water, necessities were there…….everything is as pictured. Sat in the 2 rocking chairs for 10 days!! Thanks to all.

Alles war super. Wir reisen seit etwa 30 Jahren fast jedes Jahr im Winter nach Mexiko. Dies war eine der besten Strandunterkünfte, in der wir bisher gewohnt haben. Zudem gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und super freundliche Verantwortliche vor Ort während des Aufenthalts. Auch La Peñita ist eine Reise wert. Wir würden gerne im nächsten Jahr zurückkommen.
