Perfectly located amazing private single story home.
Luxurious 3 br home in a quiet cul-de-sac with 5 beds, 2.5 baths. All rooms have ceiling fans. Backyard is stunning with an oversized pool and plenty of room to enjoy your stay. House is 7 - 10 minutes from the Strip, the new Sphere and very close to the airport, Allegiant Stadium, TMobile Arena and Downtown. 2 spacious living rooms with 75" TV, fireplace and cozy couches. There's plenty parking space for an RV or multiple vehicles. House has been decorated in a traditional European style. Why reserve with us, our prices are reasonable for the service we provide. We include amenities for children and babies upon request. Don’t wait Vegas is waiting for you! Note* if you need extra bedrooms we can provide master suite with private bathroom up on request house is 3500 ft. we have water softener, water cooler.with big tv screens our pool always is cristal clear for our guest enjoy we hope to see you soon. any questions special arrangements let's us know. We don’t offer pool heating or spa services*
