You'll have access to a variety of outdoor amenities, including a heated or chilled pool, a hot tub, floating dock for kayaks, a tiki, and an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ. Additionally, there is 70 feet of dockage for boats with two boat lifts. You will have direct access to the Florida Bay and easy access to the Atlantic Ocean through Tavernier Creek, which has approximately 15' of clearance and provides quick access to some of the best fishing and boating around.

Inside, you'll be greeted with ample space to chill out and unwind. On the ground floor is the “Hammerhead Room,” with two queen beds, a full bath, and a kitchenette. The garage is equipped with a bait freezer and a commercial ice maker for those long days on the water. Up one flight of stairs, you will find the main living space, an oversized kitchen, laundry room, and three guest rooms.

The ultimate primary suite is located on the top floor and is accessible by elevator or stairs. As you reach the third level, you will be impressed by the spaciousness. The king-size bed is the centerpiece of the room, surrounded by a comfortable seating area where you can relax and unwind. The en-suite bathroom is equally impressive, featuring a large soaking tub, a walk-in shower, double vanities, and a private toilet room. Small pets are considered based on breed, weight and age. Any pet must be approved prior to arrival and is subject to a non-refundable pet fee. No animal is allowed on the premises without prior authorization.

Cancellation Policy: A one-half (50%) deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable, minus any non-refundable fees, if the reservation is cancelled at least 180 days before check-in. If the cancellation occurs within 180 days of the occupancy date, the one-half (50%) reservation deposit shall be non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, at which point the full reservation becomes non-refundable. However, if we are able to rebook the property for the same dates and rate, a full or partial refund may be issued based on the new booking.
